How to Prepare
Matcha Latte:
- Scoop 1 teaspoon (2g) of matcha powder
- Sift into a matcha bowl
- Add 2 ounces of hot water (70)
- Whisk for about 30 seconds in a zigzag motion until frothy
Usucha (Thin tea):
- Sift 1 teaspoon (2g) of matcha
- Add 60ml of hot water (80°C)
- Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds

Fresh leaves are steamed shortly after harvest to preserve their vibrant color, delicate aroma, and fresh character before drying.
06 Final Milling
After careful processing, the selected tencha are milled into an exceptionally fine powder. This final step helps preserve the matcha’s vibrant color, delicate aroma, and signature smooth mouthfeel.
